Who can authorize the work

We open a business for the owner, a manager, or the property manager or landlord. Bring a photo ID and something that ties you to the business, such as a business card, a license on the wall, a lease or mail at that address. If you are an employee, have your manager call or text us to approve it.

Our hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 10pm, Friday 9am to 2pm and Sunday 10am to 6pm. If you need the work done before your doors open or after they close, tell us. After-hours service is by appointment.

Can you open a storefront door without breaking the glass?

Yes. Storefront locks are picked or bypassed at the cylinder. The glass and the frame are not touched.

An employee left with the keys. What now?

We get you in and rekey the locks on the same visit, so the keys that walked out no longer work. You get a fresh set of keys before we leave.

Can an employee call you to open the business?

We need approval from the owner, a manager or the property manager before we open a commercial door. A quick call or text from them is enough.

Can you come before we open?

Often, yes. Early and late visits are by appointment, so call or text as soon as you know and we will set a time.

Do you work on file cabinets and desks?

Yes. We open and re-key file cabinets, desks and storage locks, and we can make keys for them if the originals are lost.
